What a great find! I drove from St. Cloud to get some fresh seafood. I want to start right away with the reason for four and not five stars. Like others have mentioned, when you order, they go to the back and pick up and pack your seafood choices. I like to point and pick, as did the lady in front of me. It just seems odd that you can't see it before purchasing. With that being said, we bought a fair amount and it was all fresh and tasty, and would go there again. There were quite a few people there buying seafood, so it has a following, I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

About a month ago, I was trying to get Maryland Style crabs. So, I went on Cameron Seafood site. I ordered two dozen extra-large crabs and they actually sent me small-medium crabs. We were highly disappointed with our order. Yes, they reimbursed me after I complained on their website. So, I did my research and decided to look locally. I did my research and inquired as to the size of crabs who were available. I was intrigued when I was told of the sizes that were available. I was so excited, The staff were very friendly and greeted me with the biggest smile. When I felt the weight of the bag, I knew that I was going to experience something different. When I got home and pulled out the crabs, I was shocked!! They were so big and full of meat throughout!! I was thinking, "I've got to share the good news with Direct Seafood Outlet!! Thank you for the crabs which were so delicious, and it took two days for me to eat them!! I'm looking forward to my next order as well!! so delicious!!!!!!

Their fish tastes so good! So much better than the grocery stores! Great customer service. Of course it smells like a fresh fish store; it IS a fresh fish store.

The selection, quality and freshness of the seafood was excellent! I purchased hogfish, sea scallops and lump crabmeat. The staff were friendly and helpful. As they advertise heavily, it is a cash only business so be prepared.

WAIT till you see their selections written on the wall!!! It's crazy how they provide so many options..... be there soon!!!!!

Been going to Jerry for over 7 yrs for the freshest seafood around. They are the hardest working people and provides so many varieties of seafood as well as specialty meats: Never been disappointed.

If you need fresh or frozen seafood... or any kind of meat- DSO is your place. Jerry is super helpful and friendly and always helps me decide what type of fish and how much I need to buy. His wife is adorable when she has to man the shop and all of his workers get the job done quickly! Best crab cakes ever! It smells fishy when you walk in- but for heaven sakes - what do you expect?! Let's me know it's actually real seafood and not something else.

Got to test out my knife skills with making Salmon & Tuna Sashimi for the first time at home with the best ingredients I could find at Direct Seafood Outlet. The absolute FRESHEST and most buttery fish I've ever had too. Some big and juicy Snow Crab on the side with eel sauce, garlic butter and wasabi soy sauce. The service was quick, friendly and has some great recommendations! Be sure to take cash, but if not, they have an ATM inside. The menu is HUGE! So many fresh and raw meats and seafoods to choose from in any amount you choose. You can't make a bad decision here and the prices can't be beat either. Seafood especially can break the bank, however, this place will give you a damn good reason to want to make dinner at home.

CASH only! But as good as it can get. Truly the best and highlight of my visit here to Cocoa Beach. I have also attached some pricing that they have posted on the board. Truly a "Gem" spot for locals and tourist that wants to enjoy some fresh seafood! Seriously they even have snow crab legs for $8 a pound ! Like who could beat that! Seriously such a wonderful place. I got some crab cakes 2 for 10 dollars and grilled them. Also got some XL scallops and they were delicious ~ and the oyster were outstanding as well! Superbly a great place to just stop in and prep your own seafood feast !
